Hi! I’m Moshraf Hossain
Six years mapping rock formations and testing soil in the field. The last few years building dashboards and pipelines in an office. Right now I do both — because the same instinct (where is this happening, and why does it matter) drives each one.
I started as an exploration geologist and geotechnical analyst, working with coordinate-based field data to make calls that had real engineering and financial consequences. When I moved into data analytics, that spatial instinct came with me. Over 3+ years as a Data Analyst, I’ve built my career on the data side — Python, SQL, dashboards, automation — while keeping GIS active alongside it, not as a leftover from a former life, but a skill I use deliberately.
Today I design interactive dashboards, build automated data pipelines, and apply spatial analysis where location genuinely changes the answer — turning raw, messy data into insights an organisation can actually act on.
